Organized like a team, fighting like a family!

Welcome to Gracie Barra Arkansas

Brian Davis Gracie Barra JiujitsuWhen asked, "What does Gracie Barra mean to you?" All of our students would have the same answer: A family. That is not fortuity. It is rather the result of life works of extraordinary individuals like count Mitsuyo Maeda, Carlos Gracie Sr., Rolls Gracie, Carlos Gracie Jr., and people like me who are dedicating their lives to the realization of their dreams and to the continuity of their legacies.

GB Arkansas is a dream coming true. Opened since October 2006, our school has acted upon the responsibility of being a true representative of the GB Family. We are a growing number of students of all ages, gender and backgrounds, building a diverse brotherhood committed to the life long journey of self mastery provided by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Our website is just a virtual extension of our school. Here you you find tons of information about us, our programs, our classes and our sport. If you are not yet a GB member, contact us to schedule your intro class. You too can benefit from the BJJ lifestyle.

Message from Master Carlos Gracie Jr

Carlos Gracie Jr"At the heart of the Gracie Barra Family's extraordinary success over the years is our strong philosophy and mission as a group, a foundation which our masters laid many years ago, but is constantly being reinforced by the great people that make our community. Jiu-Jitsu is a beautiful art, and we have a vision of how it should be taught as a means for individual development going beyond the competitive realm. To achieve this vision, we must remember to come together as a family, always putting the team in front of individual. For that, we will fight to the end for what we believe is right".

~ Master Carlos Gracie Jr. (Founder)
